User Terms and Conditions

This platform is operated by Taught by Humans Ltd, a UK-based workforce learning provider. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our platform as an individual user.

If you are accessing the platform through a business or organisation, the Business Terms of Service also apply.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Who the Platform Is For

The platform is designed for professionals and learners building skills in AI, data, and digital ways of working. Some users may be part of a bespoke programme — if so, additional terms will be shared separately.

3. Using the Platform Responsibly

You must use the platform lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. This covers things like not attempting to reverse engineer the platform, not sharing your account, and not misusing AI tools.

In short: use the platform for learning and work, in good faith.

4. AI Tools and Outputs

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, responses and recommendations ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

AI Outputs are not legal, regulatory, compliance or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it, particularly in a professional or regulated context. Taught by Humans accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of unverified AI Outputs.

5. Your Contributions

If you upload or submit content, you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, tools, branding and materials are owned by Taught by Humans Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may use platform content for your own learning, but not redistribute or commercialise it.

Content you upload remains yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, and do not use it to train AI models.

7. Your Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Our Data and Security Policy sets out our security measures and sub-processor details.

8. Access, Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are part of a partner programme, your access may also depend on your organisation's agreement with us.

9. Liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses. We do not warrant that AI Outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
