South West businesses work with us to define what their AI roles actually require - rewriting job descriptions around real business needs.

Candidates are assessed and trained
People enter through our platform. Dotly assesses what they can do, builds a personalised learning pathway around the gaps, and tracks progress to a defined job-readiness threshold.

Matched to real roles
When candidates are ready, they're matched to committed employers through the techSPARK job board. Warm introductions for real jobs.
