Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
This platform is operated by Taught by Humans Ltd, a UK-based workforce learning provider focused on practical, responsible education in AI, data, and digital capability. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our platform—whether you're here for an individual learning journey or part of a tailored programme (such as a Government or corporate onboarding project).
2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
3. Who the Platform Is For
The platform is designed for professionals and learners seeking upskilling or reskilling in data, AI, and digital projects. Some users may be part of a bespoke partnership programme—if so, additional terms may apply (and will be shared with you separately).
4. Using the Platform Responsibly
You agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and fair way. You must not misuse the platform to harm others, disrupt services, introduce malicious code, or interfere with other users’ learning experience.
5. Your Contributions
If you post, upload, or submit any content (such as messages, code, or project work), you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that breaches these terms or affects other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, platform tools, branding, and materials are owned by Taught by Humans Ltd (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use platform content for your own learning, but not redistribute, replicate, or commercialise it without permission.
7. Access, Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or jeopardise the experience of others. If you’re part of a partner programme, your access may also depend on your organisation’s agreement with us.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we’ll try to let you know—but we recommend checking back occasionally. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
10. Contact
If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact us. We’re always happy to help.
